Thigh Fat Reduction Tea

During this pandemic, many people have discovered a love for cooking, and my friends have shared many of their creations. However, with no outdoor running or swimming, and all fitness centers closed, everyone has gained weight from eating more and exercising less.

I recall a year ago when my good friend officially became a Tyoga yoga instructor, and I attended her first class. When I looked back at the photos at home, I was shocked to see my yoga poses resembled a walrus, and I decided to slim down. A year has passed, and I've unknowingly lost 16 pounds. Most importantly, my body fat has also decreased by 2%, and I feel much more energetic.

As someone who loves to eat, I chose to cut out carbohydrates in the evenings. And as a tea lover, I switched to drinking what I call "thigh-slimming" tea and plenty of warm water during the day. I do yoga once or twice a week, or 30 minutes of cardio. Now, to avoid going out during the pandemic, I've added a trampoline at home so the whole family can easily do cardio indoors.

The "thigh-slimming tea" is simple to make: just 3 grams each of verbena, rosemary, and lemongrass. Rinse the ingredients, add hot water, and steep for 5 minutes. This tea can boost metabolism, reduce swelling, and eliminate dampness, making it especially suitable for those who sit frequently and have lower body fat.

Verbena tastes bitter, is slightly cold in nature, and enters the liver and spleen meridians. It can clear heat and detoxify, promote diuresis and reduce swelling, aid digestion, and relieve abdominal bloating. Rosemary tastes pungent, is warm in nature, and helps digestion, eliminates stomach bloating, and promotes blood circulation. Lemongrass, also known as citronella, tastes pungent, is warm in nature, and can promote digestion and eliminate stomach bloating.
