Important Note: As tea is a food product, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges for non-quality related issues.

質量問題處理

如閣下收到有質量缺陷或包裝損壞的產品,請於收貨後 7 天內 聯絡我們。請提供訂單編號及相關問題照片,透過電郵或 WhatsApp 發送給我們。

非退換範圍

以下情況恕不接受退換:

  • 個人口味偏好。
  • 已開封或已使用的產品。
  • 不影響產品質量的輕微外包裝凹損。

Quality Issues

If you receive a product with quality defects or damaged packaging, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide your order number and photos of the issue via email or WhatsApp.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personal taste preferences.
  • Products that have been opened or consumed.
  • Slightly dented outer packaging that does not affect product quality.
