Drink tea for health
When I was young, I always thought I was invincible. I would challenge the limits of my body: staying up all night, drinking cold beverages, occasionally overeating, or trying crash diets, and still manage to stay in shape. However, after turning 30, my body’s functions are not as good as before. I can no longer be as reckless as I once was, as the saying goes, "what goes around comes around." Do you feel the same way?
A few years ago, after giving birth to my son, as a new mother learning to care for a baby, I couldn't afford to lack energy. At the same time, balancing work and family, I wished there were 30 hours in a day. After coming home, I devoted most of my time to my child, with no time to properly care for my own body.
I remember the biggest problem then was insufficient breast milk. I believe many women face the same issue. After trying various folk remedies without success, I serendipitously discovered health-preserving teas. It turns out that using these to increase breast milk worked wonderfully. Later, I found that combining different health-preserving teas could even achieve a 1+1=3 effect. Since then, I’ve been experimenting daily, concocting various health-preserving teas. Even when busy with work, I can drink them at the office, promoting both health and beauty.
To gain a deeper understanding of health-preserving teas, I enrolled in a dietary therapy and wellness course, studying knowledge related to floral teas and tea therapies. With a foundation of professional wellness knowledge, through practical application in daily life, I share the benefits of dietary therapy and wellness with friends. Wellness is not difficult; as long as you choose the right tea for your body type, consider the weather, and consume it according to your needs, regulating your body will yield twice the results with half the effort.
I am delighted to share various health-preserving tea therapies with you through this column, "Tea Talk." Your guidance and feedback are much appreciated!
